These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website (the “Website”) and mindbodyonline.com (the "Website"). By accessing these websites and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Making Purchases

Purchases for classes at Bikram Yoga East York Inc. can be done safely online through mindbodyonline or at the studio. When we finalize the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. All clients who purchase at a ‘Student’ discounted price online must show Valid Student ID upon their next visit to Bikram Yoga East York Inc. We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment (b) If there has been a pricing or product description error (c) If the product has been sold out and becomes unavailable (i.e. sold out classes) These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website (the “Website”) and mindbodyonline.com (the "Website"). Pricing

All fees are in Canadian Dollars. Final ‘Total’ prices include both HST and GST.

Delivery of Services

All class purchases made online and at the studio will have a set start date and expiration date. All services must be used within this set time period. Bikram Yoga East York Inc. offers no transfers or refunds for classes.

Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the schedule, products and prices described in it, at any time without notice.

All clients are to sign our liability waiver at the studio before every initial class session. Any clients who have medical conditions are to inform the instructor preceding the class they are attending and to seek medical clearance before all classes at Bikram Yoga East York Inc.

To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Information we collect: This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on this website. On some pages, you can register for classes and then make your purchase at the studio. Or you can register and pay for sessions online. The information we collect for registration and purchases are:

• Address
• Phone Number
• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Credit Card type and number, and Expiration Date

The way we use your information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
