This month we are offering two Power Vinyasa Foundations classes. Using True North Alignment you will be given the knowledge to move from pose to pose. Learn the Foundations of the Journey Into Power sequence and build your vinyasa practice on solid ground.
All levels welcome, use your current class pass.

Join Lauren Dickenson on Sunday May 29th for a workshop on arm balances.This workshop is open to practitioners at all levels. It is a great opportunity to challenge yourself and learn new postures in a safe environment with an experienced teacher.
Students will leave with the knowledge of how to safely and effectively build arm balances from the foundation up using core strength, alignment techniques and proper foundational setup. At the end of the workshop you will understand the variations and tools you can use to add arm balances to your daily practice.
Workshop goes until 2:00pm, Lauren will be teaching a optional class to follow.
The Core 40 class comprised of 40 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is taught in a sequence developed by Tony Sanchez and provides greater reflection on the spine and core.

Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
By holding postures for longer periods of time, Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Our Power Vinyasa class works your whole body, but you will also see a noticeable change in the muscle tone of your arms and upper back. Suitable for all levels.

The Energy Exchange Program is the most important part of the day-to-day operations of the studio! Volunteers are integral to creating a maintaining our atmosphere, energy and cleanliness.
The Energy Exchange Program provides individuals who want to be more involved at BYEY and who may not be able to afford the cost of yoga.
By dedicating a few hours of your time per week helping around the studio do things like: roll up mats, clean the practice room, wash mirrors, tidy up the change rooms and lobby you will receive unlimited yoga classes!
Not only do you receive unlimited yoga but also this program encourages you to become a part of a community that shares a love for yoga.
