Now offering 60 and 75 minute Bikram yoga classes! These are challenging classes that will incorporate the 26 postures and two breathing exercises performed in the classic Bikram yoga series, we have added a few additional postures to ensure a full body workout in a shorter period of time.
Our 60 and 75 minute Bikram classes are taught in regular Bikram yoga temperature. All levels welcome.
Come try one of our teacher assist classes. Lead by two or more instructors, participating practitioners will receive hands-on corrections throughout the class. Assists are an opportunity to help students gain deeper access to a pose. All levels welcome.

Come out to learn and explore your yoga practice. Every month we will be hosting mini posture clinics at the studio to help you deepen your yoga practice.
Arrive 15 minutes early and set up your mat before class starts, she will be demonstrating and giving tips on proper alignment and instruction on selected postures.
All levels welcome. No additional fee, use your current class pass.

Yin is in! Suitable for almost all levels of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
By holding postures for longer periods of time, Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
Our Power Vinyasa class works your whole body, but you will also see a noticeable change in the muscle tone of your arms and upper back. Suitable for all levels.

Spend a few hours of your time per week helping around the studio in exchange for free yoga. We look for yogis with a dedicated practice and require a minimum three month commitment.
